- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried calling all morning only to be left on hold. I finally took a cab there to get my license reinstated only to wait over 2 hours to be told my online payment for a seatbelts ticket was not posted yet. I had made the payment that morning online. The guy told me " you should of called prior to coming " ... I DID call... Then sent $30 on cab rides because nobody answered then waited fir nearly 3 hours to be told to come back tomorrow. By far the worst customer experience ever. 3 people working and a full office/waiting area. Its times like this make me fear having government in heath care...they can not even handle a simple payment and picture taking... If this was a private business, they would be closed or beat by better competition. This office is a joke. I do not even blame the employees...they are way understaffed in a system that is outdated . reminded me of the early 90s in Virginia. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My go to grocery store in the area. The prices vary between affordable and expensive. Unfortunately I don't purchase all my grocery needs from here because some items are overpriced compare to other stores in the area. They do have really good produce and the weekly specials are great. If I only have time to make one stop, this is the store.By William Bartenstein, September 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Nearly 16 years with a company, whose rates are ever increasing for no reason even with a perfect driving record. Hidden fees, with much better insurance at a much better rate after moving companies. Best advice...if you are with this company, move....if looking for a great insurance company, this is certainly not it.By Kym Ca, September 04, 2017
