- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ridiculously rude for no reason! Mr. Freeman, in particular, was hopeless. The staff at the counter are basically an obstacle. I am ashamed that they can be so mean to people in crisis. Mr. Freeman makes others announce their crises or penalties they received in front of the crowded office and then gives only "yes" or "no" options and has no intent to help.
